Over the last few months I have been enjoying 'The Tudors' a series on Henry the VIII and his court

Season 1 -
Henry establishes his court , Has a mistress Elizabeth Blount and an illegitimate child Henry Fitzroy who dies by the end of series 1. due to his need of a male issue to continue his line he starts a divorce from Katherine  Aragon -starting a affair with Anna Bolina ,Bastardising Mary I ("Bloody Mary").
Fall of Cardinal Thomas Wolsey Who if he hadn't died on route would have been executed and Disgraced publicly anyway.

Season 2 -
Henry Unable to divorce Katherine breaks from Rome and instigates the Church of England with himself the supreme head -with Thomas Cramner as Archbishop of Canterbury.
marrying Anne Boleyn who's sole child is Elizabeth I (Virgin Queen) unable to conceive a male issue She is discarded and plotted against by Maybe Henry himself.Executions of Sir Thomas More and Cardinal Fisher.and Anne's execution and fall from power (her own father Letting his son and daughter die, his son condemning his own sister

Season 3-
starts with him marrying Jane Seymour and the Birth of Edward VI .Also the Pilgrimage of Grace
Which the north of England rose up in Rebellion trying to resurrect Catholicism as the religion as England's true faith. Henry's Relationship to Katherine Howard. Jane's Death. Cromwell's Downfall and death for the marriage of Anne of Cleves which was quickly annulled to henry's un-appeal of her during the early days of the marriage. and reconciliation of Henry to Mary and Elizabeth who were illegitimate due to their mothers were "Never truly married" so were bastard Children of Henry.
Charles Brandon 1st Duke of Suffolk

Season 4- Katherine's Sexual past catches up to her and Francis Derham and Thomas Culpepper are along with Katherine Howard are executed
Katherine Parr's marriage to Henry is in place
and the war with Bolounge in France (Wining it through conquest and then losing it when Charles V signed a treaty conceding it back to Francis I, Thoroughly annoying Henry).
Leaving Edward VI as King for 8 years under his uncle Lord protector Seymour -and Mary I for a further 5 years then Henry 8 and Elizabeth I who reigned 46 years in total

Mary in the series is shown to start her angry idea of Buring all the heratics at the stake and Elizabeth shocked at Henry's marriages Vows never to do so herself. giving identity for another seires if wanted setting up Mary's entrance into london her brothers Start to the reign and Elizabeth held in the tower of London.

In the Pilgrimage of Grace  The leaders John Constable, Robert Aske and sir Darcy of Darcy   were executed for Rebellion
and Brandon had to kill Either 300 people -Men women and children or rebellions number of 60,000 people. and later he sees a ghost of a young boy his sons age and another of Lord Darcy when in Darcy's own castle of Pontefract.

I am still a bit shaken by the 'nobles' getting the executioner drunk for Thomas Cromwell's execution and ganging up on him and dragging him down.the scene of Derham being hanged drawn and quartered   and Anne Boleyn's Apparent misconduct -which was in the final episode she came back with Elizabeth at her side and told Henry the charges against were false and only that she wanted him to be proud of a daughter who was the son he wanted "in a female succession" that the son would be Tilbury field that day.

Such a waste over trifles of religion  "There is but one Jesus Christ. The rest is trifles. " -Elizabeth I of England on Religious Matters

Jane  Seymour , Mary I , Elizabeth I, Thomas more , Thomas Wolsey, Charles Brandon, Katherine d Aragon , Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Katherine Howard, Anne of Cleves , Thomas Cromwell, Katherine Parr. and the Religious Heretics of the time where religion was utmost dangerous at best

A season of ponders...

Lately I have pondered many a thing -
Such as Some Ideas Coming through the Show time Series Called The Tudors -which is about King Henry the eighth -and his famous 6 wives.->

 Katherine of Aragon who died Dowager Queen of Wales{Who's Daughter Mary -'Bloody Mary' was the only living child of this marriage}

Followed by Anne Boleyn  who by her father brother and uncle Pushed into being Henry's 2nd wife who was Unjustly convicted of Adultery and incest with her brother (Although for all these convictions very shaky evidence was brought and through modern courts even cant convict her) she was beheaded when Elizabeth I was 2.6 years old. 13 days

Later Jane Seymour was crowned queen who gave Henry his sole son of his reign Edward III she died shortly after giving birth to her son.

After that came Anne of Cleves who would strengthen England being now Sundered from Rome and Catholicism to a protestant diplomatic tie seing France Rome and Spain were against them unofficially

Followed by Katherine Howard who was 17 ish years when she married Henry he being roughly 40 at the time maybe almost 50 years old -She was convicted of adultery and solidly convicted of being in a adulterous relationship with Thomas Culpepper and Dereham she was beheaded .

Lastly Catherine Parr (as well as Jane Seymour had tried to re commit Mary I and Elizabeth I to Henry)
in Catherine's reign she uneasily  helped the two to be re united sometimes Mary/Elizabeth would act as regent or such during his Absences over the next few years , She Survived being very much open about disagreeing with Henry about certain issues but was very much to be with Henry rather than against him
Henry died at 55 years being Grossly over weight

Henry VIII as a young man -His armour to left

Also When Henry "Dissoloution of the monastries"
There was a rebellion in York -Which Charles Brandon 1st Duke of Suffolk had to deal with,
Whilst his son (On the show was a hostage and Margaret king Henry VIII s Sister his wife asks him
"What if it Was YOUR OWN CHILDREN"??? and he tells her he would still have to do it.

which I related to God and the crucifixion which is a lot of bogging to get here but it A) was for my own memory of What happened and Who Happened and (B) To tell the Pondering of the last fortnight,
Which is heavy stuff -and he does Hang 216 people in the show it seems like a lot more.

Henry VIII Armour as a Old man being 40-55 when he wore this (Above)

Also I am going Through Hebrews Which is an amazing book -
Jesus is So High and Amazing that we should listen to him . He is above even Abraham so We should listen to him -For he is our atoning High priest DYK that From my current knowledge only one other Jewish King was a high priest For he is the only way into our rest so we should grow in maturity in him -allowing him  to take rest in the Kingdom after here. (if your keen this is the summary of chapters 1-5 ish maybe 6 included.

An inception of Renewal !...

Recently I have re-started Medication  {because I started in yr 3-4 With Medication yet ceased due to lack of evidence of results} ..For My ADD in life And just wanted to blog thoughts and Ideas
(And notable Appolgies) because I have found great difficulties learning -and grasping many a idea

I have recently Felt different as The way I have been to the way I have not experienced before .Such as ......->

I feel caught in a dream viewing myself from the perception as someone else looking on .and not me -Feels so  1st person not 3rd. (Like I feel so out of it I feel like every minute Im in a Inception dream -hence the Icons here

I was so used to how I did things ,I knew How my mind worked before hand
Now even driving is a square one re-learn for me How in my  new state to drive like I did before. That I am changing in my mind able discern more than before but everything [speech, driving, writing, chores around the house -How things work/what they do]

I have a slower mind (Ish..... Sometimes) although sometimes I dont know my own mind like I said before -I kid you not I look at a cup and literately dont know what its for
But I have been able to concentrate on tasks at work TAFE longer.
Also a larger awareness around me for what is going on -From a meter away for like 20

I just want to finish by - "No longer conform to the ideas -patterns of this world, be changed in the renewing of your mind  to test the will of God -His pleasing and perfect Will " ish-Romans 12:2

A Normal Christain life Re-try two

What have you learnt or been reminded of from the passage?
- What has encouraged you?
- What has challenged you?
- Pray!
Recently I’ve been challenged to get deep in the living Word by 2 ‘Elders’ after a lack of reading –(or at ALL).
Here are some passages that have started it (Keeping in mind these Questions-

·          What have you learnt or been reminded of from the passage?
·          What has encouraged you?
·          What has challenged you?
·          Pray!
(-John Ch 1-3)
Hebrews 4:8-14
8 For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day. 9There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; 10 for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works,[e] just as God did from his. 11 Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.
12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

John 2

Jesus Changes Water Into Wine
1 On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, 2 and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. 3 When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.”   4 “Woman,[a] why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”
5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”
6 Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.[b]
7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.
8 Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.”
They did so, 9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10 and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”
11 What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.
12 After this he went down to Capernaum with his mother and brothers and his disciples. There they stayed for a few days.

... "A renewer and a healer..."

Recently Ive been challenged to read a living word More (or at all)
and here a few passages Ive gone through -Now having an appetite (or as much as I did in Plunge surprisingly)
and some Q I had to think upon

What have you learnt or been reminded of from the passage?
- What has encouraged you?
- What has challenged you?
- Pray!

John 2:1-11

Then he called the bridegroom aside 10 and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”
11 This, the first of his miraculous signs, Jesus performed at Cana in Galilee. He thus revealed his glory, and his disciples put their faith in him.

John 1:43-51

43 The next day Jesus decided to leave for Galilee. Finding Philip, he said to him, “Follow me.” 44 Philip, like Andrew and Peter, was from the town of Bethsaida. 45 Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
46 “Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?” Nathanael asked.
   “Come and see,” said Philip.
47 When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, “Here is a true Israelite, in whom there is nothing false.”
48 “How do you know me?” Nathanael asked.
Jesus answered, “I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you.”
49 Then Nathanael declared, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel.”
50 Jesus said, “You believe because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You shall see greater things than that.” 51 He then added, “I tell you the truth, you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.”

Jesus as a Child

Ok A friends event at her church re sparked an idea ;
What was it like for Jesus in his Humility-Humanity Still being Totally god (Which Yes I know is still very confusing)
And My thoughts were how far did he think of "Man That girl ..you see her peter //She's Beautiful..
OR Was it Every Woman was beautiful for they are ALL his children regardless of what Mortal men think.

I just want to re confirm to All Women; You are valued you have a deeper inner beauty that God Your father And Future (Current) husband Will see )Be faithful Endure for All that is good
